I know of three mailing lists you might be interested in. The emphasis is on
biological macromolecules.
For each, add "-request" to the list name to get the address for subscription
requests, as in the amber example.
1) amber at cgl.ucsf.edu (Send your request to amber-request at cgl.ucsf.edu.)
Mostly technical discussions of the amber package.
2) dibug at avogadro.barnard.columbia.edu
'dibug' stands for Discovery, Insight, Biosym users group.
3) WHATIF at EMBL-HEDIELBERG.DE
WHAT IF is a protein modelling program.
These groups might be able to point you to others.
