	Recently, a freind of mine who has email but not news, wanted to
get rec.boats.  All it took was an entry in my sys file and everything
posted to rec.boats got mailed to him.  I know this isn't quite what Dave
was talking about, but I'm sure there are a lot of small, unofficial
news-mail gateways of this nature.
