Does anyone know if someone is working on or has finished
a structure of the small chaperonin GroES (or a homolouge)?
Also, does GroES associate strongly with itself? It exists
in vivo as a 7-mer ring, but that ring's associated with
a pair of GroEL rings, so I'm not sure what's stabilizing
GroES's ring.
Finally, does anyone know someone with a good overexpression
system for GroES?
