You misread my response to Stu's message. The above was in
response to Stu's comment about the Peace Corps intruding on his
"rights" while he was a volunteer. I didn't reproduce all of his
message in my reply.

It is currently supported by the GenBank contract from NIH and will be
supported by a grant from NSF afterwards.
