i'm a senior in high school doing a research project next year dealing with
gene amplification. if anyone has sources of journals or magazines that has
information about this (yeast and mammilian are best, but anything will work),
i would be greatful if i could get those from you. i'm also looking for info
on southern blots, and how a probe is made, and its function. i need this
background knowledge when i make a presentation to the Kansas Societ of
Junior Scientists (or something like that). anything you feel has a possible
relevance would be appreciated as well. i guess this includes, DNA extraction,
and techniques for better viewing of gels.
