GenBank will be happy to provide a bionet-only NNTP feed to any site that
requests it (we'll provide a full feed if you can make a good case for it).
This will continue even after the end of the GenBank contract.  We will also
provide a UUCP feed, if the site is willing to pay the phone costs (as in,
your site calls us).
