Last time I asked if there was any standard code for taxonomic classification,
(you know Kingdom/Phylum/.../Species). I received no reply or follow up. So
does anybody know that there is NO standard code? This is equally
useful information to me. Ie. have the standard organisations (ISO etc.)
defined any such standard, have they defined any such standard. Is there
a defacto standard? Is there NO defacto standard?
