Hi,
I'm looking for a recombinant method to produce uniformily labeled 13C hemin (B-type).
Does anybody know of a strain of bacteria that overproduces hemin OR a expression system
for hemoglobin or myoglobin that expresses HOLO-PROTEIN????
Any information would be welcome!
