INTRODUCTION
I am presently compiling an under graduate assignment on marketing
and advertising and selling.  The aim of this survey is to focus on
definitions and critical success factors.  Please could you assist
me by completing the following brief BROAD SURVEY and email it to me
by 19 August 1992.  Use either of the following email addresses:

In all cases confidentiality of individuals or organizations will be
safeguarded, unless otherwise stated.
