A number of catalogs have information such as FW and CAS number.
The Sigma catalog, for instance gives Acetyl-CoA (free acid) as 767.5
(C21 H36 N7 O16 P3 S).  Calbiochem gives 827.1 for the trilithium salt.
(I've not checked to see if these two figures agree.)

Note that many commercial preps are not 100%.  If you're using the FW to
make a solution, correct for the assay value.

(Wouldn't this question be more appropriate for the METHODS list?)
