group something else. How about bionet.women? If you
don't care to bother the entire bionet.general readership,

PS, I don't know about the rest of you, but I consider myself
to be a biologist. ;-) I just happen to read news on a
machine belonging to the Physics Department because none of
the more appropriate departments have proper network access.
Those of us not at one of the more enlightened centers of
biological research must perforce concern ourselves with the
boring mechanics of networking, or we wouldn't *have* network
access at all.
