Subject: Search for online information services for biologists
I am looking for information about online information services for biologists
for my master theses in Information Sciences at the University of
Konstanz (West Germany).
I hope to reach people who are interested in biological
topics and who already have practical experience with online information
services. I am interested in everything like bulletin board services,
electronic newspapers, online conference services, databases for
facts (sequences, adresses, products, biological knowledge etc.) but not
in bibliographic databases of any form.
I would be grateful for any information on conditions for access, costs,
experiences, benefits as well for hints for secondary literature.
If you have experience in the subject, please answer by email.
If you are interested in the results I can summarize them.
