Wireless CROS aids

The Telex wireless CROS/BiCROS systems require the use of a BTE transmitter
and the receiver option of an ITE or BTE.  Telex also makes eyeglass
CROS/BiCROS systems, as well as Rexton.  There may be others, but I do not
know of any others off hand.
