POSTDOCTORAL POSITION IN LIGHT CONTROL OF PLANT DEVELOPMENT

Vacancy Reference: 040110

Closing date: 6th July 2017

HALLIDAY LAB

http://hallidaylab.bio.ed.ac.uk/

We are seeking an enthusiastic postdoctoral researcher to work on a
BBSRC-funded project that seeks to understand how light signalling is
coupled to growth and development in the model plant Arabidopsis. This
exciting project builds directly on novel findings that link the light
activated phytochrome sensors to molecular regulators of leaf
development.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative project between the
University of Edinburgh, UK and the University of Texas, Austin, USA.
This post will be based in Professor Karen Halliday's lab in the
Institute of Molecular Plant Sciences at Edinburgh.
