Dear Jay Shah
you can grow the arabidopsis in an quartz sand if you are perticularly
interested to study the roots. while using quartzsand you autoclave and use
and every two or 3 days once you can add half MS or Hogland solution. the
quartz sand allow roots to grow with out any difficulty .
hope you may find it easy.
wish success.
