The Max Planck Institute of Molecular Plant Physiology in Golm close 
to Berlin (Germany) invites applications for a

POSTDOCTORAL POSITION
(code number 33/02)

to study the responses of Arabidopsis to changes in nutrient (C, N, 
P, S) status at the transcript, protein and metabolite levels. 
Cutting edge analytical tools available to the studies include full 
genome Affymetrix gene chips, high-throughput RT-PCR for a complete 
set of Arabidopsis transcription factors, several platforms for 
metabolite profiling, as well as proteomics and phospho-proteomics 
approaches.

Successful postdoctoral candidates should be highly motivated, 
efficient individuals with experience in biological data analysis, 
plant metabolism, molecular biology routines and Arabidopsis 
cultivation.
