Dear Arabidopsis Community:
I'm looking for good quality color slides or photos illustrating
the effects of ethylene on plants for use in the 3rd edition of Plant
Physiology. Examples include (but are not restricted to) the triple
response of peas, leaf epinasty, flower senescence, root hair formation,
fruit ripening, flowering in bromeliads, and abscission. Full
acknowledgement will be given in the text.
Images may also be submitted electronically as Tiffs or EPS but
MUST have a resolution of 300 ppi at the size they will be reproduced
at. (For example, if a 3x5 inch image has a 300 ppi resolution it would
reproduce well vs. a 1x1 inch image with a 300 ppi which would be too
low resolution when enlarged to 3x5 inches.) Please note that files
that are downloaded from the internet are generally 72 ppi and thus not
high enough resolution to be reproduced on a printed book page. Files
submitted electronically may be sent on a Zip or Jaz cartridge, or
e-mailed, or FTP'd to Sinauer Associates (emerson at sinauer.com) if they
are less than 3 mgs in size."
Your help is appreciated!
