Postdoctoral Positions
University of Tennessee, Knoxville

Up to two postdoctoral positions are available immediately in the area of
Arabidopsis molecular genetics. One position will center around the
contribution of subcellular protein targeting to the light regulation of
plant development. This project offers the opportunity to expand on our
recent genomic approaches towards defining light signaling pathways in
Arabidopsis. A second position will explore a novel model system for the
epigenetic control of gene silencing. For recent papers see Plant Cell 11,
349-363, 1999; J Biol Chem 274, 27231-27236, 1999; Gene 221, 35-43, 1998;
Plant Physiol 114, 779-788, 1997;  Cell 86, 115-122, 1996; Cell 79,
1035-1045, 1994. Please mail or email your CV and the contact information
of three references to: Albrecht von Arnim, Department of Botany, The
University of Tennessee, Knoxville, TN 37996-1100; phone: 865-974-6206;
