A postdoctoral position is immediately available to study the role of a
recently identified gene for the transition to flowering in Arabidopsis
[Plant Cell 9: 1327-1338 (1997)]. The research will include genetic and
molecular approaches to analyse interactions with other flowering time
genes and to identify new interacting proteins.
The project is funded for three years as part of an European Union
collaborative research program on floral induction in Arabidopsis.
Candidates should have a strong background in molecular genetics and
preferentially have already some experience with Arabidopsis. To apply
send a CV, a description of research experiences and interests as well
