I am looking for a protocol how to isolate cell walls from
Arabidopsis. I want to do this because I am working with a plant
pathogenic fungus and I want to investigate which extracellular
enzymes of the fungus are specifically induced by the Arabidopsis
cell wall.
Is it possible at all to do this? I would be very grateful for any
suggestions.
