Paired lesions on leaves

Dear Arabnetters,

I have recently started growing Columbia ecotype under 24 hour photoperiod
and noticed an odd phenotype. I wonder if any of you have observed the
same. This particular tray of plants was germinated and grown under a 11
hour photoperiod for the first two weeks then transferred to continuous
illumination (grolux bulbs) for a further two weeks. All the plants in
the tray show paired lesions associated with the lateral margins of leaves
1 and 2 (and sometimes 3 and 4 as well). The lesions are yellow/brown and
the two lesions found on a single leaf are always the same distance from
the leaf tip. There doesn't seem to be any preferred distance from the
leaf tip.
