Sugar lowering  medicine 1-butylbiguanide hydrochloride (adebit) solution is
able to increase  mean (by 23,37%, p<0,05) as well as maximal longevity of
the nematode Caenorhabditis elegans in comparison with control in dilution
of 1:10000 (w/w).
