I don't have a reference, but the ALT711 (and many related compounds)
is patented by Alteon, which I believe requires full disclosure. The
patent numbers would be available from Alteon and the patents themselves
are probably online and freely viewable.
Please post if you find out anything interesting.

P.S. I'm not sure this is an urgent matter for most of us. If I
understand the purported mechanism of action, a two-week course of ALT711
can unwind many years of glycosylation. If so I'm content for
now to wait for wide availability. Could be a different story for
someone with advanced diabetic complications, though.
