I am as disappointed as you that I am not able to provide this information in
a public forum. I have explained this in previous posts but it does bear
repeating.

The members of our Board of Scientific Advisors are willing to provide the
services we have contracted for on a consulting basis but do not wish to have
their names and professional prestige linked with a start up company, without
a proven track record and in which they have no ownership interest.

This is not an unanticipated occurrence and our business plan does include
the goal of attracting a number of persons, with the appropriate credentials,
to sit on our Board of Directors.

As we continue to fund the research into aging and some of the results from
this research become available for public disclosure, the search for such
board members will become easier.

>You're asking the public for money, correct?

Actually we are selling a product, the "Certificate of Access"tm, which
provides guaranteed access to whatever results are derived from the research
funded by Lifeline Laboratories.

There is the distinct possibility that neither the funded research nor
subsequent studies based on those results, will produce any viable therapies
and this purchase should be viewed as more of a contribution toward aiding
the research into aging and age related diseases.

Additionally, there is the possibility that even if some viable therapies are
developed, that they will be easily reproduced and made readily available to
any person in need of them. In such a case the guaranteed access would not
be any significant benefit.

There is, however the possibility that the funded research will come up with
one or more procedures that are not only viable and beneficial but also of
such a nature as to be limited in availability. In such a case our
"Certificate of Access"tm could be of significant benefit to the purchaser.

In a separate post you asked some additional questions:

>Who are these researchers you are funding? What are the titles of
>their projects? How much money have you given them so far? How
>many people have sent you money? What are they getting for it?

Both the major Universities and most independent bio-tech companies require a
clause in the contracts barring pre-mature disclosure. The University of
California specifies that contractors shall not reveal the identity of the
University researchers without their express written approval in each
instance. And further that the Universitie's name not be used in any
promotional materials whatsoever, again, without their written approval.

The private laboratories often include the additional restriction that no
disclosure of their research results, preliminary or final, shall be made
without their approval.

While the researcher's and their affiliation must remain anonymous for now,
as explained above, I can provide the working titles of the research funded
by Lifeline Labs. and a brief description of their goals.

1) Bone marrow enhancement project:

Attempting to use various growth factors and enhanced telomerase activity to
allow hemopoietic stem cells to reproduce in sufficient quantities for the
potential transplant of a patients own bone marrow, grown outside their body.

2) Extension of the replicative capacity in specific organ systems through
the ectopic introduction of the telomerase catalytic subunit hTERT:

Determining whether telomeric elongation therapy can extend the functional
capacity of various organs and body systems beyond the point they would
normally senesce or fail.

Additional descriptions of these funded projects can be seen on the Excelife
page of Lifeline's web pages at;

The total proceeds from the sale of our "Certificate of Access"tm and the
amount we have provided for the research are proprietary items that we do not
normally make available in a public forum.

If you or any other person reading this is seriously contemplating purchasing
a certificate, we will make this information available to you in private
e-mail correspondence prior to any purchase.

As to the benefits to be received, purchasers do get a pretty "Certificate of
Access"tm, with their name and individual serial number printed on its
face:-)

The actual value of this certificate is yet to be determined. We tell all
prospective purchasers to look at this $500 as a contribution to aid the
research into aging and age related diseases. If it turns out that the
certificate does provide a benefit to them, that is not available in any
other forum, then that is a bonus!
