Rate constants for reactions involving mutations

	Does anybody know the constants or where can I find the rates for 
reactions involving mutations of DNA bases (eg: the conversion of 
5-OH-cytosine in 5-OH-uracil, ...)

	If anybody can help me I would appreciate very much

PS- Is there any database in the net for rate constants?
