Cellular Differences

I would like to know what differences might exist between the somatic
cells in a human aged 20-30 years versus a person aged 50-60 years.

I understand that cells become non-functioning at some point, but do they
do so all at once or in staggered waves or groups.
Also, prior to becoming non-functioning do cells differ substantially in
an older person from a young person, prior to senescing?

			Thanks for the help!
