Hello World,
in our lab we are starting to investigate apoptosis in general with special regards to endothelial cells.
As we read many papers we are confused, because some of the investigators use the phenol/chloroform extraction before loading the DNA on the agarose gel and some investigators don´t extract with phenol.
My question is, which method is better or more recommendable?
