Rate of cancer occurrence with age

Can someone mail me some references that establish cellular aging to
be caused by telomerase activity? I had not thought it was an established
fact only a possibility which does not seem highly likely.

Concerning cancer and its increase during age. I remember seeing a
reference concerning the use of a more error prone DNAase after one
reaches a certain age. This more error prone DNAase was considered
to be a strong contributing factor for increased cancer rate as one
ages. Unfortunately, I have not tracked down the reference and researched
it.

Thanks!
