I tried posting this last week, but it didn't seem to appear anywhere
else besides the news at Cornell. Here goes again.
----------------------------------------------------------------

We have been working with mRNA from mouse brain and have found some
interesting differences between young and old mice.

We are now interested in studying human brain tissue, yet we have
little experience in terms of obtaining tissue samples, cDNA's, etc.
In particular we are interested in looking for differences between old
and young and, in addition, Alzheimer victims. Any suggestions on obtaining
tissue, how to handle it, etc. would be very helpful.

Thanks in advance.
